This newly refurbished spacious apartment is on the ground floor of the former guest house and has spectacular views across the bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island and the Snowdon Range. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, a comfortable and spacious lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and audio system, dining room/sun room overlooking the garden and with lovely views, newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and also with views. The kitchen has full size cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave etc.

There is a balcony area with garden furniture overlooking the garden with sea and mountain views; guests are also welcome to use the garden. Linen and towels are supplied and beds are made up for your arrival. Heating is by electric heaters and is included in the tariff.

There is one parking space in front of the house and additional spaces are available in the nearby free car park. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

The property is NON SMOKING throughout although guests may smoke on the balcony area. Arrival time is after 4pm and guests should be ready to vacate by 10am. The general stores and off-licence two doors away is open daily.

There are several places in the village for meals and snacks. We aim to provide you with a relaxing environment in which to enjoy the many activities in the area. We regret that bookings cannot be accepted where the party includes children under 16.a
