Little Deanfield

The self-contained accommodation is in the gardens of Deanfield House, a guest house in the attractive village of Moelfre on the coast of the Isle of Anglesey.
There are spectacular views across the bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island and the Snowdon range.
There is separate access along the side of the house and through the garden.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one double and one 4ft double, bathroom which is en-suite to the main bedroom and with separate access to the second bedroom with bath and electric shower over, a spacious lounge/dining room which has a picture window overlooking the bay and adjoining kitchen area. The property is exceptionally well furnished and equipped. There is a colour television, Dvd, audio system, microwave and tumble dryer.
There is a private deck with garden furniture and guests are also welcome to use the garden.
Linen and towels are supplied and beds are made up for your arrival.
There is one car parking space at the front of the guest house and additional spaces are available in the free car park 50 yards away.

Heating is by electric convector heaters (2 in lounge, 1 in each bedroom and fan heater in bathroom). The electricity meter is read at the start and end of the letting. A gas multipoint provides hot water and is included in the tariff - the first 50 units of electricity are included in the tariff.

A welcome tray of tea or coffee is provided on arrival.
Guests are welcome to the use of the guest house washing machine during the late afternoon and evening but should use the tumble dryer provided.

Prior booking is essential.

Whilst dogs are welcome guests are asked to keep them on leads in the garden area.

Guests are asked not to arrive before 4pm and should be ready to vacate around 10am on the day of departure.

The general stores and off-licence two doors away is open daily. There are several places in the village for meals and snacks.

We aim to provide you with a relaxing environment in which to enjoy the many activities in the area.
We regret that bookings cannot be accepted where the party includes children under 16.
