Little Deanfield

The self-contained accommodation is in the gardens of Deanfield House and has spectacular views across the bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island and the Snowdon Range.

There is separate access along the side of the house and through the garden The accommodation has two double bedrooms one with a door leading out to a private patio area. There is a spacious lounge with picture window overlooking the bay, dining area, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower over.

Facilities include a flat screen colour TV with DVD, audio system, microwave, fridge, freezer and tumble dryer. Guests may have use of a washing machine by arrangement; a charge of £5 is made for this service.

There is a deck with garden furniture along the side of the property and a private patio area to the rear.

Linen and towels are supplied and beds are made up for your arrival. Heating is by electric convector heaters in the lounge and bedrooms and a gas multipoint provides hot water.

Electricity and gas are included in the tariff.

The property is NON SMOKING throughout although guests may smoke on the deck and patio areas.

Arrival time is after 4pm and guests should be ready to vacate by 10am.

There is one car parking space at the front of the house and additional spaces are available in the nearby free car park.

Whilst dogs are welcome guests are asked to keep them on leads in the garden. The general stores and off-license two doors away is open daily. There are several places in the village for meals and snacks.

We aim to provide you with a relaxing environment in which to enjoy the many activities of the area.

We regret that booking cannot be accepted where the party includes children under 16.
